Welcome to Storage Clapham. By accessing and using our storage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our facilities.
1. Rental Agreement
By renting a storage unit at Storage Clapham, you enter into a legally binding agreement. The rental period starts on the date specified in your contract and continues on a monthly basis unless otherwise terminated.

- Rent is due on the first day of each month.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or direct debit.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
2. Access to Storage Units
Customers are granted access to their storage units 24/7 using a personal access code. It is the renter's responsibility to keep this code confidential.
2.1 Operating Hours
While access is available 24/7, our on-site staff is present from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM to assist with any inquiries or issues.
3. Use of Storage Units
Storage units must be used solely for the storage of personal belongings and household items. Prohibited items include:
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods
- Illegal substances
- Vehicles or large machinery
Unauthorized use may result in termination of the rental agreement.
4. Liability and Insurance
Storage Clapham provides a safe environment for your belongings but is not liable for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by our negligence. It is recommended that customers obtain their own insurance coverage.
4.1 Insurance Options
- Basic coverage included in rental price
- Extended insurance available upon request
5. Termination of Agreement
You may terminate your rental agreement by providing a 30-day written notice. Failure to provide notice may result in additional charges.
5.1 Moving Out
Upon termination, ensure that your storage unit is completely cleared of all items. Outstanding balances must be settled before receiving your deposit back.
6. Security Measures
Storage Clapham employs several security measures to protect your belongings:
- 24/7 CCTV surveillance
- Electronic gate access
- On-site security personnel
Despite these measures, storage Clapham is not responsible for items left unlocked or without appropriate security.
7. Modifications to Terms
Storage Clapham reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or posted on our premises.
7.1 Acceptance of Changes
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Clapham operates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
9. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
